Yes! Beachwalk Villas allows up to two automobiles per unit (or one automobile and one golf cart). Please park only in the designated spaces perpendicular to the street. Parallel parking along the streets or parking on grassy areas is strictly prohibited by the HOA.
The maximum occupancy for our villa is 9 guests. This limit is strictly enforced to comply with Beachwalk HOA neighborhood regulations and to ensure a comfortable, safe experience for everyone. Please make sure your final guest count matches your reservation details prior to arrival.
Household trash must be placed in securely tied bags and set out at the street curb between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Please do not leave garbage bags out overnight.

Yes! Fishing on Horseshoe Lake is a wonderful resort activity, but it is strictly on a Catch and Release basis. Please return fish to the water quickly. Note that boats, cast nets, and stand-up paddleboards are not permitted on the lake.
The resort is incredibly pedestrian and bike-friendly! You can easily walk or bike to the beach and local shops, or drive your car.

We offer a tiered cancellation policy for your flexibility:
100% Refund: If cancelled at least 30 days prior to check-in.
50% Refund: If cancelled between 14 and 29 days prior to check-in.
No Refund: If cancelled within 14 days of check-in.
We maintain a strict no-pets policy for all guest rentals to prevent potential wear and damage to the villa. Please note that while the villa is strictly non-pet-friendly for renters, the owners do occasionally bring their personal dog, so the property is not guaranteed to be allergen-free.
Additionally, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa, on the patio, and within the community pool area. Designated smoking areas are located just outside the main resort pool gates.
